One of the best things here at Fillmore Crossing is our flexible lease options.  We are unlike anyone else in Colorado Springs we offer the flexibility of staying two months or as long as you want.  You can choose from a two, six or twelve month lease option and the best thing about it is we have an all inclusive flat rate.  What that means is that all utilities, local phone service, satellite cable TV with five HBO’s and high speed wireless internet access is just $15.00 per person a month.  You can’t beat the price or the flexibility we offer!
